Body Conditioning with Kumbi Butler
Workout your entire body this conditioning class that will challenge you and make you sweat. First half of the class consists of intense but easy-to-follow cardio drills between high repetition, light weight exercises to maximize toning and fat burning. Second half of class will involve the exercise ball and mat work with an emphasis on core strengthening followed by stretch and cool down. A lot of variety and a lot of fun!
