Core Pilates

Come re-align, lengthen, & tone your entire body! The group of ab muscles that Pilates calls your 'Core' are essential to supporting your spine, and ultimately, every movement you make. Pilates mat exercises not only strengthen the Core, but help re-educate other muscles so that they rely more on the Core. The result is stronger, more fluid, and healthy movement. This class is fun, energizing, and challenging, but is appropriate for all levels of students.
