Community Tai Chi with Brett Rushworth

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art based on the idea of change.  A meditation in movement, Tai Chi is a way to learn to develop on many
levels. By integrating mind and body, Tai Chi is a subtle yet powerful awareness discipline.

The best way to know Tai Chi Ch'uan is through practice. Daily practice of Tai Chi is simply an exercise in remembering who you truly are. Beginning level Tai Chi classes will focus on basic principles of relaxation, posture and movement. Class begins with simple warm-up exercises to stretch and loosen the body, standing meditation, moving meditation or Chi-Kung, and the basic "Yang style" Tai Chi short form. The classes will be geared for those with no or little Tai Chi experience. All levels are welcome.
